1. Booking & Payments

• Booking confirmation requires advance payment according to the selected package.

• Booking money is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• All dues must be cleared on the day of the event.

2. Event Timing

We operate in two fixed shifts:

• Day Shift: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Additional hours beyond the agreed schedule will incur a charge of 1,500 BDT per camera, per hour.

3. Photography & Cinematography Guidelines

• Please allow sufficient time for our photographers and cinematographers to work, as rushing may compromise the quality of your coverage.

• All photographs will be venue-based unless additional arrangements are made.

• Bridal Chamber / Getting Ready sessions will incur extra charges if transportation is provided and the session extends beyond 1:00 AM.

4. Delivery Timeline

• We aim to deliver all work on time; however, delivery dates may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Online delivery: Files must be downloaded within 7 days of upload. After this period, we will not be responsible for storing them.

• Offline delivery: Items must be collected within 30 days of notification. Late collection will not be our responsibility.

5. Print Selection

Clients must submit their selected photos for printing within 30 days of our request. Failure to do so will result in no delivery and no further responsibility on our part.

6. Outstation Events

• For events outside Dhaka, an additional 50% will be charged on the total package.

• Transportation costs are to be covered by the client.

• For multiple events requiring overnight stays, suitable accommodation must be arranged by the client.

7. Conduct & Professional Courtesy

• We request clients and guests to treat our team with respect.

• Any form of misconduct towards photographers or cinematographers will not be tolerated.

8. Usage Rights

Reflex Wedding & Event Photography reserves the right to use photographs or videos from your event for promotional purposes (including our website, social media, and printed albums). If you prefer your media not to be shared or wish to restrict certain content an additional fee will apply.
